What works — and what does not

- Worn items can also be withdrawn within the period; if use goes beyond trying them on, we may claim compensation for the loss in value.

Attach clear photos of the fault — then you may not need to send anything back at all.
A reply within 48h — return address, replacement or a full refund.
To withdraw, let us know within 14 days of receipt. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong — then we cover it. Statutory warranty rights for defects apply for 2 years. The full withdrawal policy is here: Right of withdrawal.

We refund you to the original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them.
